Job Title: Business Analyst (End User Computing)

Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

Location: Downtown Dallas, TX - Hybrid – 3x/week onsite

Salary Range: $40-45/hr (W2)

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Long-Term Contract position in Downtown Dallas, TX. This will be a hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite. The desired candidate will have 5 years of technical business analysis experience within an End User Computing (EUC) team. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of tracking all assigned initiatives, reporting, dashboards, forecasts and processes to aid in verifying vendor-suppled metrics, device deployment, strategic planning, and enablement of all EUC next generation efforts. Responsibilities:

• with senior team members, program managers and internal partners to identify areas for operational improvement and coordinate the development of processes in response to recommendations.
• apply industry standards to End User Computing (EUC) practices to enhance and identify meaningful daily, weekly, and monthly metric around activities for current operations and future toolsets.
• reports and maintain dashboards to monitor and analyze EUC operations.
• monitor project data to identify time, cost or quality issues and report to appropriate internal personnel.
• program managers and internal partners with required data analytics such as ad hoc data mining, reporting and generation of support data.
• resource tracking, project variance updates and schedule development to effectively communicate project documents.
• to learn new methods, techniques and software to accomplish tasks and fulfill the needs of the organization.
• user confidence and protect operations through the maintenance of confidential information and compliance with safety standards.
• continuous process improvement through program evaluation and maintenance of best practices.
• develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with various internal work groups.
• to do multi-tasking and manage multiple projects.
• recommendations for and assist in the development of data driven metrics and tracking mechanisms to determine the compliance with EUC KPI’s.
• in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ways of working as it relates to EUC.

Skills:

• school diploma with 4 - 6 years related work in computer information systems experience. Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in a data analytical or statistical discipline preferred.
• analytic/computer skills preferred.
• and experience with the JIRA, ITSM, SCCM, or Workspace ONE is preferred.
• and experience with supporting End User Computing processes and procedures as it relates to desktops and laptops that are deployed in an organization’s environment.
• of remediating and managing desktop-related security vulnerabilities is preferred.
• in Microsoft Office applications with advanced EXCEL queries and VBA.
• of business intelligence, database/business analytics and data dashboard software
• written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• with demonstrated organization skills.
• have organizational and multi-tasking skills to effectively manage large volumes of work.
