We strive to provide the highest quality equipment and the most flexibility in equipment design to provide optimal solutions for our clients.About the Position: The Learning and Development Specialist, under the direction of the Human Resources Manager and with the Plant Manager, will primarily be responsible to implement employee/personnel programs, including skills development training programs. This position will maintain training information and related records systems in compliance with applicable legislation. This role will also stay abreast on compliance requirements and industry best practices; recommend changes or modifications to existing policies and programs to remain in compliance and adopt best practices where feasible.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
