H4 Enterprises LLC, a Government Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our Business Development Proposal team in a full-time role. The successful candidate will report to the Proposals Director. The Pricing Analyst will be an integral part of the proposal development team, leading pricing strategy and accurate budget development for federal proposals.Although there is some flexibility to work at home, the preferred candidate will be local or within commuting distance.

Core Responsibilities:

- Lead pricing processes for large federal proposal efforts, coordinating schedules, reviews, facilitation

- Perform comprehensive analyses of RFP requirements, risks, terms & conditions as they relate to pricing methodologies

- Develop innovative pricing approaches to balance win probability and profit margins

- Research industry financial benchmarks and supplier rates to construct competitive pricing models

- Build detailed and auditable pricing models with clearly documented assumptions and escalation indices

- Model adjustable pricing scenarios reflecting risks, discounts, burdens, and competitive strategies

- Ensure consistent application of approved rates across all proposals and constituent divisions

- Validate subcontractor/vendor quotes, analyzing for competitiveness and compliance

- Deliver timely and compliant pricing packages fully-aligned with proposal efforts

Required Experience and Education:

- 5 years performing price/budget analyses for Federal proposals or contracts

- Expertise with FAR/DFARS pricing methodologies, rules and process compliance

- Exceptional analytical abilities; highly attentive to detail

- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling proficiency

- Relevant bachelor's degree required; Accounting, Business or Finance. A master's degree is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Active Federal level personal clearance at Secret Level or above.

-- CPA, CMA or related certification

- Strong knowledge about the industry including competitors and market trends

- Strong analytical and research skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good negotiations and problem-solving skills

- Effective reporting and presentation skills

- Enthusiastic and proactive team player

- Adept at maintaining attention to detail in pricing analysis, pricing research and financial modeling for extended times under tight proposal timelines."
