H2 Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide 1:1 care within our memory care communities in Nazareth, Bethlehem, and Bath. Our ideal candidate will have experience treating primarily the geriatric population including patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. 

Experience: Prior experience working in an outpatient or memory care setting preferred, must be able to work independent.

What You'll Need:

• Active Indirect Supervision Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania
