H2 Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) interested in taking the next step in their career to join our mobile division as a team lead. Primary locations would be our H2 Health clinics in Williamsport and Lewisburg with flex to Wilkes Barre as needed. Our ideal candidate will have experience treating geriatric patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Experience: Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred, and the therapist must have an indirect supervision license.

• Physical Therapist Assistants must have an Indirect supervision license
