Title: IT Support Technician / Linux Administrator

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: Full-Time

Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or two years of general IT experience.

· 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a helpdesk or service desk environment, with at least 1 year of experience with Linux

· Linux Administration LVM (Logical Volume Manager) administration, user management, Security Groups, security hardening etc

· Proven experience in IT support and system administration

· Strong proficiency in PC/workstation setup, network configuration, and software installation/support.

· Hands-on experience with domain environments, including Active Directory configuration and management.

· Familiarity with Python/Bash scripting for IT automation and task optimization.

· Strong proficiency with Linux operating systems and shell scripting.

Preferred Qualifications:

· CompTIA Security or other IAT level II certification

· Linux , RHCSA, LPIC or equivalent Linux computing certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
