Requirements

• Collaboratively works with operational staff and marketing team to respond to Requests for Qualifications/Letters of Interest and Requests for Proposals.

• Reviews and interprets solicitation documents.

• Leads document layout, gathers information and content, and coordinates internal and external data calls.

• Proofreads, edits, and formats proposal submittal and interview presentation material content; edits content developed by technical/lead staff.

• Develops figures/graphics to support proposal submittal and interview material content.

• Writes and edits employee, project, and qualification collateral. Interviews staff to obtain information and use information to develop compelling content for proposal and marketing collateral.

• Develops and ensures compliance with proposal management documents, including proposal development schedules, outlines, and assignments.

• Establishes/recommends production schedule and expedites various items to ensure completion by the designated due date.

• Ensures quality control process is followed for all proposal submittals and various collateral.

• Coordinates final submission of documents, whether print or electronic.

• Conducts employee and project record updates through Deltek Vision CRM system.

• Coordinates project photography; processing for marketing use.

• Supports in market research efforts.

• Highly organized, proactive team player and performs under tight deadlines.

• Relentless attention to detail, document quality, and pursuit compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in a marketing role within AEC industry

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or related field; strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign document layout and graphics and Microsoft PowerPoint composition and graphics; experience with CRM systems (Deltek Vision preferred).

• Position is remote but must reside on eastern time zone.

Work Environment
