Position Summary

The Fitness Attendants will maintain the cleanliness, services, and amenities offered by the association on the designated floors and in designated fitness center areas.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine equipment functionality and basic maintenance, cleans machines and equipment, and provides fitness guidance and assistance to guests.
• Knowledgeable on industry trends and classes offered to guests and members to maintain sales while following hotel standards and expectations.
• Ensuring safe usage of all equipment and fitness area while assisting as needed.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Responsible for delivering and maintaining the Forbes 5-Star level of service.

Requirements

• Walking and standing for long periods of time and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and after hours.
• Frequent ability in standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, bending, stooping.
