Handy Mart LLC is a locally owned business consisting of Dunkin' Donuts, Subway and Baskin Robbins restaurants, while accompanied by a Convenience Store.

1. The Duties and Responsibilities for the Job

• Provides prompt and courteous customer service
• Effectively communicates with store associates and customers
• Follows all Federal, State, and Local laws and ordinances pertaining to the operation of the store including Health Department Rules
• Treats all associates & customers with dignity and respect
• Advises management of any personnel situations or policy violations which might have an adverse effect on the store’s operating performance
• Ensures all procedures are followed
• Uses and demonstrates suggestive selling techniques
• Ensures store appearance reflects the Company’s expectations and standards
• Floors are kept clean
• Entrance / Exit doors and cooler doors are kept clean
• Parking lot is swept daily and gasoline island windshield wash / squeegee is ready
• Ensures rest rooms are clean and in working order
• Ensures all food service areas are clean and equipment is in working order
• Maintenance needs are reported to Bill Hayes in a timely manner
