Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to: bulldozers, excavators, front end loaders, and finish dozers.
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
- Transport materials and equipment to designated locations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a variety of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, front end loaders, and finish dozers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
