GZA is seeking a Project Manager Level asbestos, lead, hazardous building material and indoor air quality professional for our practice based our Bedford, New Hampshire office. The position offers great potential for professional growth in an exciting working environment and the opportunity to apply the latest building services technology to a variety of projects throughout New England.
The qualified candidate must have strong leadership and project management experience and direct business development experience, with the ability to generate project leads and build client relationships.
GZA building services works on a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to, building renovation and demolition support, building hazardous material characterization, and mold and indoor air quality studies. A sound knowledge of engineering principles relating to design and hazardous building material characterization is essential for this position. The successful candidate must have a strong background in evaluating asbestos, lead paint, and other hazardous building materials to support planning, design, and construction management activities for a variety of public and private transportation, utility, energy, and development projects.
This is a management position that requires direct interaction with clients and the ability to manage and mentor GZA existing staff of project-level practitioners and professionals. You will also work closely with other GZA practices and personnel in Bedford and other GZA offices across the country.
