GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (GZA) is looking for a motivated Entry Career Epidemiologist to join our technical practice in Boulder, Colorado. As an Early Career Epidemiologist, you will work on a wide variety of exciting projects amongst a team of dedicated scientists and engineers. You will be mentored by seasoned professionals, who will in turn look to you to share technical knowledge and ideas. Our success relies on this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the writing, editing, and production of technical work products, presentations, and proposals
• Critically evaluate and summarize epidemiological studies as well as scientific literature on environmental and occupational health topics
• Assist with statistical analyses and quantitative exposure and risk assessments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in epidemiology
• Coursework or professional experience in toxicology, human health risk assessment, and/or industrial hygiene preferred, but not required
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to analyze scientific literature and data.
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, etc.) preferred, but not required

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; to include but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with the EndNote reference manager software preferred, but not required

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.
