Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our business. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are a new restaurant in Butte. We can be described as fast-casual, and pricing of sandwiches are $6.50 to $13.00 from kid's meal to something fully loaded. Everything is made to order and teamwork is key. We love what we do and can't wait to share our gyros with more of Montana!

Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they meet performance expectations
- Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Conduct inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process
- Assist with payroll administration and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills:
- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers
- Excellent team management abilities, including delegating tasks and providing feedback
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage shifts and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with food preparation and food safety- you will be asked to get your Food Managers Card once hired, which will be paid for by owner.
