Job Description:

As an In-House Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's digital presence. You'll be tasked with developing, curating, and producing content that aligns with our overall marketing strategy, working closely with the Brand Manager and other key stakeholders. Your efforts will focus on enhancing community experiences and driving both brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple platforms. Must have Photography Experience. Experience with food and beverage photography is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop engaging, shareable content that resonates with our target audience and enhances brand awareness across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as our website and email marketing campaigns.
• Create and edit videos, images, and other multimedia content to improve storytelling and engagement.

Software/Tools:

• Familiarity with Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram Business Accounts), TikTok, YouTube, and various image and video editing software is required.

Skill Set:

• Photography
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent storytelling and creative writing abilities that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Experience in creating and editing videos, images, and other multimedia content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and tactics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.

Experience:

• Proven experience in content creation or visual concepts, ideally within a social media or marketing role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
• Basic familiarity with photo/video editing tools.

Compensation and Work Schedule:

• This part-time position offers $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
• Expected to work no more than 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
