Gwinnett Animal Clinic is Hiring a Veterinarian Near Lawrenceville, GA

Join the Gwinnett Animal Clinic family as our next associate veterinarian. Located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, we strive to live our vision to provide quality care for pets and have genuine concern for people. Each member of our long tenured and skilled staff is focused on client education and communication because we believe a better educated client is a better partner. Our practice is deeply rooted in the community, and we have a great reputation. We are a general practice that sees, treats, and manages a wide variety and large case load of medical, dental, and surgical conditions. Our facility was completely renovated in the fall of 2021 and offers extensive in-house lab equipment, digital radiography, therapeutic laser, and dental radiography.

We are a proud member of our community, and we provide care for our city as well as our county police dogs. We also provide services for several local rescue groups, including Society of Humane Friends. We work closely with a local group known as Creative Enterprises, a local organization that assists special needs adults looking for employment. Creative Enterprises has several pets that provide support for their “clients.”

New grads and experienced vets are encouraged to apply. There are no after hours, or overnights required. Our full-time veterinarian schedule is four weekdays with every other Saturday.

Lawrenceville is approximately halfway between Atlanta and Athens, and we are within a few hours of the coast as well as the mountains. Lawrenceville is home to Georgia Gwinnett College, a rapidly growing institution. Our downtown, which is easily within walking distance from our clinic, is home to numerous restaurants as well as a top-notch community theater. Within a stone’s throw of our clinic are two microbreweries which bring together the college students with the citizens of our community. While we have a wide socioeconomic variety of clients, our client base is generally very amenable to allowing and affording recommended diagnostic and treatment procedures.

Benefits include superior salary, medical benefits (including health, dental and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE allowance, vacation, dues, liability coverage, and so much more.

We’d love to tell you more about our practice. Get the conversation started by applying today!
