Job Description: Five Guys Shift Manager

Location: Hixson, TN, 37343

Five Guys is looking for a Shift Manager to join our team in Hixson, TN. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's daily operations during your shift. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of employees during your shift
• Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared and served according to Five Guys standards
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure that all employees are following safety and sanitation guidelines
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a restaurant or fast food environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
