Shortly after it’s beginning, Jack decided he wanted to be able to offer his employees year-round, full-time employment, so Andgrow began manufacturing foam markers in the off-season’.
In 1977, Andgrow became GVM, Inc. and we continued to add to our product lines to be a full-service agricultural retailer and snow equipment manufacturer.
Executive SummaryThe Regional Sales Representative is responsible for whole goods sales.This position will be working with the Regional Sales Manager in MO to align the sales and service needs and will be striving to implement them in an efficient and strategic way.
This position will be supported by the management team in Biglerville, PA. Contact with key account customers and the review of our national accounts will be required.

Organizes, manages and actively participates in all activities necessary to convert opportunities into new projects.Identifies key customer prospects and decision makers and develops plans to effectively communicate and build relationships with these contacts.
Manages business opportunities through all phases of the process including identification, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
Persistently interacts with customers to identify their business needs.Translates customer business needs into opportunities for growth.
Provides input to all functional departments on future customer needs.Develops strategies for growth based on a thorough understanding of the company’s products and capabilities and the markets needs and opportunities.
