Job Description:

• Position: Venue and Culinary Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking event venues (corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, etc.)

• Promote and sell our venue space, highlighting its unique features and versatility for various occasions

• Showcase our culinary offerings, collaborating with the culinary team to develop customized menus and packages

• Conduct tours of the venue, effectively communicating its value and potential to potential clients

• Prepare and present proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and ensuring client satisfaction

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in both the venue and culinary space

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry

• Strong knowledge and passion for both venue sales and culinary offerings

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and clients

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for client meetings and events

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
