Guzman Hospitality Group is Hiring a Bartender and Server Near Yuma, AZ

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences for patrons. If you have a strong knowledge of beverages, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed **Experience:** - Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role - Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures - Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus - Experience in banquet or catering settings preferred - Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink preparation - Strong food handling knowledge in compliance with safety regulations - Sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue - Background in the food industry is advantageous Join our team and showcase your bartending skills in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.06 - $17.66 per hour
