1. Responsible for ensuring the assigned production line runs efficiently and that product is quality compliant
2. Train line personnel, including temporary help.
3. Motivate and lead the production team to achieve daily goals.
4. Coordinate material for the production line.
5. Communicate daily goals and line performance updates throughout the shift using Redzone.
6. Troubleshooting and constraint resolution.
7. Housekeeping and Safety Compliance.
8. Accurately fill out all production and quality documentation needed for the line, including paper documentsand Redzone documentation.
