Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative
We are looking for field sales representative for Lancaster and York to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. We provide leads. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside sales representative, or sales agent. Company Vehicle Provided.
Responsibilities
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods, no door to door sales, leads are provided.
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest development
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quote
- Willing to learn new sales techniques
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and driven
- Highly developed organizational and communication skills
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Desire to mentor other colleagues after refining your skill set
- Ability to work Mon – Fri: 8 am to 6 pm & two Saturdays per month: 8 am to 2 pm During the busy season only.
- Valid Drivers License
- Average first year income range: $45,000 - $70,000 (Training Salary provided)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Commission pay
