We are looking for Service Team Members “Prep Cook” for our Tucker Location .

Job Summary:

The backbone of the kitchen, you are responsible for preparing ingredients that makes gusto! Flavorful and memorable. You will cut, shop, slice, label, date, and store food items while following company food preparation standards. The Team Member must be respectful and professional and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Menu Ingredient knowledge
• Great communication skills
• Order ticket prioritization
• Station cleanliness
• Attention to detail
• Other assigned shop duties
• Sense of urgency

Minimum Qualifications:

• Food service experience is preferred but not necessary
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Desire for continuous learning and professional development
• Must have reliable means of transportation
• Must be at least 15 years old
