**Responsibilities:**

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or bar setting

- Proficiency in math for measuring ingredients and handling cash

- Strong cash handling skills and experience with cash register operation

- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment

- Excellent guest relations skills and ability to provide exceptional service

- Basic culinary knowledge to recommend food pairings with drinks

- Familiarity with bussing tables and assisting in the kitchen when needed

- Effective time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
