We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Jewelry Associate to join our team. As a Jewelry Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various tasks related to jewelry sales and stock management. If you have a passion for jewelry, strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items

- Provide product knowledge and information to customers

- Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area

- Stock inventory and ensure accurate pricing and labeling

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Upsell additional products or services to customers

- Communicate effectively with customers and team members

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry industry

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)

- Knowledge of technical aspects of jewelry sales (e.g., gemstones, metals)

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately

- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate inventory records

Pay: $19.65 - $21.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
