We currently have a career opportunity for a full time bilingual Unit Receptionist to work in the Adult Day Care Department. You will be scheduled 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (with possible weekends). Applicant must exemplify the passion and commitment that is required to deliver the ultimate care for our Adult Day Care participants.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High School graduate, Community Health Program Experience Preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arranges for registrants clinic & rehab referrals at the Gurwin Center.
• Prepares referral forms for clinic and rehab appointments, transports registrants to clinic & rehab as needed.
• Arranges for community MD visits as needed and appropriate transportation when required.
• Confirms all registrants appointments.
• Checks Medicaid eligibility as requested.
• Performs clerical duties to maintain registrants charts.
• Assists in Day Care Office clerical duties as requested.
