Gunnar Electric Inc is Hiring a Low Voltage Project Manager Near Vadnais Heights, MN

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee low voltage system projects within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in low voltage systems, and a proven ability to generate and manage leads effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation and implementation processes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

Lead Generation and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into profitable projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of low voltage systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients as needed.
  • Stay updated on advancements in technology and best practices related to low voltage systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
