What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a breadth of vision, strong conceptual skills, and a keen eye for design, layout, and typography. The perfect candidate for our team should possess diverse skills and unique experiences, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Concept and design for various deliverables, from traditional to digital, such as branding and logo development, website design, email design, social media graphics, collateral design, environmental graphics, wayfinding design, and more.
• You'll collaborate closely with fellow designers, strategists, copywriters, and developers in a dynamic team environment, leveraging your expertise to tackle various design challenges.
• Embrace innovation, continually seeking new ways to push the envelope and elevate our creative output.
• A commitment to staying ahead of the competition with a quality, cutting-edge approach to design.
• Willingness to take projects from the conceptual phase through production.
• Mentor, inspire, and support creative team members and interns as needed.

Experience and Skills:

• 7 years of experience in graphic design in a Mac environment.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design.
• Forward-thinking designer with an innovative and creative portfolio.
• Have a passion for design, strong conceptual thinking, and excellent design aesthetic.
• Possess a high level of expertise in design principles, layout, and typography.
• Expert to master-level knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficient in Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work on diverse deliverables across digital and print platforms.
• A strong background in branding, from logo and color palette development to brand collateral and beyond.
• Experience in designing large-format graphics and environmental displays.
• A firm understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• General knowledge of designing content for major social media channels.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
