What You'll Do:

As a Physician Compensation Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our leaders to design, model, implement, and evaluate physician compensation programs that are aligned with our organizational goals and support our business strategies. You'll provide your expertise in physician and advanced practice compensation trends and practices, diving deep into analysis and modeling, designing pay structures, conducting salary benchmarking, and taking the lead on driving team initiatives and annual projects. In fostering strong relationships with our esteemed medical professionals and organizational leaders you will provide guidance on best practices, trends, plan design, and administration.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in Physician Compensation including design and evaluation of compensation structures and processes, need to have worked with physicians and other leaders.

Pay: $80,700.00 - $127,600.00 per year
