Intiva Health is headquartered in Austin, Texas and led by top industry talent and exceptional professionals. Position Overview : Intiva Health is looking for a finance associate to join our team in our Austin, TX or Chandler, AZ office.

The finance associate will capture and be a hands on team leader that will work on projections, forecasting, cost analysis, create pricing models, review data, and report on any trends and patterns shown.

Once the results are analyzed, the finance associate will recommend actions that the company should take to meet their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities : Collecting and organizing information from various sources such as CRM, payment processors, POs, and sales histories to identify KPIs across all businesses Conduct interviews with Directors and VPs to identify areas of improvement Identify and solve problems in various specialized areas Use statistical methods (KPIs) to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems Develop and deliver reports to leadership team members with findings and recommendations Work with the leadership team to conduct a review of key areas including but not limited to : financials, sales and marketing, investor relations, supply chain, tech stack, vendor relations, and legal Manage key projects as determined by analysis Minimum Requirements : Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Ability to collect and compile relevant data Strong business analytical skills Work well independently and as part of a team Thorough understanding of the company's business process Preferred Candidate requirements : Master’s degree in Finance 2-3 years healthcare, financial institution, tech or similar fast paced environments Advanced expertise in Excel and proficiency in CRM, Google Suite, project management tools, general business applications Self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects with limited supervision Strong problem-solving skills with mathematical aptitude This position is located in Austin, TX or Chandler, AZ and is an onsite role Powered by JazzHR
