Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Remodeler/Sub-Contractors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in various construction disciplines such as concrete finishing, electrical work, rough/finish carpentry, painting interior/exterior, masonry, and more. If you have a passion for transforming spaces and possess a diverse skill set in remodeling, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

- Execute remodeling projects including but not limited to: carpentry, painting, whole bathroom remodels, concrete finishing, electrical installations, drywall installation/finishing, masonry work, roofing, plumbing, and restoration tasks.
- Fabricate and install structures and fixtures as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in remodeling or related construction fields.
- Proficiency in concrete finishing, electrical work, heavy equipment operation, masonry techniques, construction painting, plumbing, roofing, and restoration tasks.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.

Pay: $200.00 - $400.00 per day
