WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Refugee Integration Manager is an exempt position responsible for the day-to-day management of the Refugee Program that leads to Refugee Integration and Self Sufficiency. The Manager will oversee all direct service aspects of the program including client services, data collection/reporting, staff supervision/development, and community outreach/volunteer recruitment.
- Oversee daily operations of the Refugee Integration, including tracking/following up on all pre and post arrival activities.
- Monitors all client service aspects related to Refugee Integration and ensures that program outcome objectives are met.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual narrative and data reports as required by agency and funding sources for review and submission by Directors.
- Prepares, collects documentation and submits in Gulf Coast JFCS and funder databases.
- Ensures that Assessments, Screenings, Intakes, Service Plans, Family Self Sufficiency plans are completed to reflect the needs and goals of clients.
- Works to ensure that files and client documentation is kept in and orderly appropriate manner that meets the clients, agencies and funder needs.
- Recruits, trains, and supervises direct service staff, volunteers and interns.
- Develop relationships with housing and social service partners to identify and secure housing and additional resources for clients.
- Coordinate all in-kind donations.
- Ensures that payments made to or on behalf of clients are accurate and in accordance with Gulf Coast and funder guidelines.
- Assists in the preparation of reports for Finance and Programs as needed.
- Assists in securing and maintain mutually beneficial training partnerships with area colleges and universities focused on volunteer training and recruitment.
- Assists with planning and publicity for program events, such as outreach, educational, and engagement activities.
- Performs other duties assigned by the Director of Refugee Integration Services.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, international studies, human development or related field strongly desired.
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience working with refugees strongly preferred.
- Cross-cultural experience or cultural diversity training required.
- Previous experience working in Microsoft Applications, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
- Must participate in at least 10 hours training/continuing education each year.
- Must have a valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance coverage.
