Description

• Work directly with clients to effectively manage their needs and preferences via phone and email.
• Answer client questions or concerns in a timely, informative, and professional manner.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties to support call center staff.
• Resolve customer service inquiries and issues, recommends appropriate solutions, refers complex or reoccurring issues.
• 8-5 pm EST with an hourly compensation/benefits plan
• Manages assigned work queues timely

Requirements

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
• Ability to multi task
• Professional attitude
• Excellent attendance/responsible
• Team environment; must be able to get along well with others
• Proficient with technology which includes multiple databases and all Microsoft office tools
• Daily goal oriented
• Prior office experience a must
