Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Deposit Operations Specialist to manage various aspects of deposit-related functions within our organization. This position requires, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.

Duties:

• Operate scanning equipment to scan and capture images of deposit items
• Review scanned images for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed
• Sort and organize scanned items for processing according to established procedures
• Perform data entry tasks to input relevant information from scanned items into the banking system
• Post incoming wires
• Process NSF and non post
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to deposit scanning operations
• Other Tasks as assigned
