** Warehouse Associate**?**Job Location**13100 Danielson St., Poway, CA**Hours/Shift(s):**1st shift (Monday - Friday 6:00 - 2:30pm), 2nd shift - (Monday -Friday) 230pm-11pm**Position Type**Full-Time/RegularAs a **Warehouse Associate** with **Liberty Packaging**, you will perform important warehouse tasks, including assisting in loading and unloading products from machines, carts, dollies and being responsible for clean-up of the warehouse production area. This position requires minimal experience and has many opportunities for training and development.This full-time position reports directly to the **Production Supervisor** and is located at Liberty Packagings flagship manufacturing plant in Poway, California.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse production area* Clean, sweep, and remove debris from the manufacturing floor* Observe and follow safety procedures at all times* Pull damaged products off the line, and scrape waste material from the machines* Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or the need for repairs or maintenance**Required Skills****QUALIFICATIONS:*** High school diploma/GED* Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment* Ability to read and follow instruction manuals* Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance* Successful completion of a background check and drug screen**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:*** Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds* Must be able to work in hot or cold manufacturing environment* Must be able to stand for 6 hours per shift* Must be able to walk for 6 hours per shift* Must be able to reach and grasp up to 6 hours per shift* Must be able to bend or crawl for 3 hours per shift**ABOUT OUR COMPANY:****Liberty Packaging** is a nationwide network of packaging companies providing supply chain solutions.
