Retail Sales Associate/Driver #9
Guiry’s, a local retailer of paint, decorating and fine art supplies is seeking Full-Time Retail Associate/Driver for our Denver, Colorado - Cherry Creek location.

Family-owned and operated since 1899, Guiry’s has been one of Colorado premier paint, painting supply, art, and home design retailers with a longstanding reputation for providing quality products and excellence in customer service.

Our Associates work closely with both painting contractors and retail customers.

Responsibilities of the Paint Associate include:

• Assisting customers with colors and all necessary supplies for their projects
• Mixing and matching colors
• Loading and unloading trucks with paint and paint sundries
• Paint Deliveries (Must have a valid driver’s license and good MVR)
• Stock merchandise – rotate, straighten and rearrange as needed
• Handle credit and cash transactions
• Maintain department cleanliness
• Flexibility in learning and helping in other departments
• Position requires working at least one weekend day per week
• Current Store hours are M-F 7:00am-7:00pm; Sat 8:00am-5:00pm (all depts.) Sun 10:00am-5:00pm (all depts.)
• You must have availability during all store hours and must work one weekend day per week.

Qualifications include:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 75lbs
• Prior experience delivering excellent customer service (retail environment preferred).
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Honest and ethical
• Self-motivated, hard-working, punctual and neat appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.29 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
