Mid Salary $29,045.32 - - We offer a competitive salary package that will be determined based on the candidate's experience level and qualifications related to the job. Compensation will be commensurate with your level of experience. Duties/Functions

• Help conceptualize, plan, and schedule Career Technical recruitment events
• Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding Career Technical recruitment events
• Process Titan Tech Summer Session applications and follow up to collect any missing application information
• Help configure and troubleshoot the registration system for Titan Tech Summer Sessions
• Assist with marketing plans, including work with colleagues and vendors to produce print/digital ads, blog posts, etc. for Career Technical recruitment events
• Provide on-site support at Titan Tech Summer Sessions
• Provide administrative support for Career Technical recruitment events, including the creation of agendas, rosters and lists, name tags, event signage, and other items as needed

• Troubleshooting attendee/applicant issues (e.g. technical challenges with registration or signup systems)

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, hospitality management, or related field from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution

Experience Required

• 1-2 years of experience with event planning/management
• 1-2 years of experience with customer service

• 3-5 years of experience with customer service
• Experience working in a higher education environment
• Experience working with teens and parents

KSA Required

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Ability to establish mutual respect and work effectively in diverse groups
• Ability to meet deadlines

KSA Preferred

• Proficiency with Adobe software (Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
