General Responsibilities

· Take customer sales orders

· Take inbound calls from customers

· Pick and consolidate orders

· Assist customers with product selection

· Build and manage relationships with customers and associates

· Learn products using both in-house and web-based resources

· Process all sales paperwork timely and accurately

Requirements

· Minimum education: high school diploma

· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

· Familiar with plumbing materials, experience in counter sales is preferred

· Commitment to great customer service

· Great communication skills

· Good computer skills, including email, web applications, and an industry-specific computer application

· Attention to detail

· Prompt and dependable

· Able to work in a busy environment

· Must be willing to work as a team

· Willing to learn

· Pass drug test and criminal background check

Job Type

· (Mon. - Fri.) Full time = 40 hours

· Paid hourly, DOE
