Guidepost Montessori is Hiring an Early Childhood Educator Near Denver, CO
Thank you for your interest in Guidepost Montessori! We are hiring Lead, Assistant and Substitute teachers at our Montessori schools in Colorado (Aurora, Centennial, Parker and Longmont) serving children from birth to six years old.
Whether you have years of experience as a Montessori teacher, are looking to get your career in education started, or looking for a flexible on-call position, we'd love to speak with you! We are seeking passionate and flexible early childhood educators to support in our mixed-age Infant (6 weeks - 16 months), Toddler (16 months - 3 years) or Children's House ( 3 years to 6 years).
These positions are full- time: 9 am - 6 pm for Assistant Teachers, 8 am - 4:30 pm for Lead teachers.
We offer a generous 75% tuition discount for two children at any of our schools, full scholarship to earn your MACTE accredited Montessori teacher training through the Prepared Montessorian Institute, ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities, health, dental and vision insurance, and a 401k retirement account.
Lead Teacher Salary: $40K/year to $49K/year salary
Assistant and Substitute teachers: $17/hr - $20/hr
