Guided Paths is a community mental health agency that serves the Tidewater area. We are seeking a clinical assessor to complete assessments, as needed, in the Newport News area. Some assessments must be completed in person. This is not a fully remote position. Depending upon the program, some assessments may be completed virtually. Only candidates who are willing to complete in person assessments will be eligible. Assessments may be assigned for 23 Hour Crisis Stabilization, Community Stabilization, Mental Health Skill-Building or Intensive In-Home programs.

This is a PRN contract position with reimbursement of $350 per assessment for fully licensed individuals and $250 per assessment for individuals who are residents or supervisees seeking licensure. Assessment fee is inclusive of time spend with the client as well as documentation hours spent to complete assessment, authorization, intake and treatment plan documents. Experiencing conducting clinical assessments is strongly preferred.
