DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with design group technology team in support of Structural, Electrical, Architecture, Interiors, and Mechanical Engineers
• Work with Design Technology Coordinator to implement modeling
• Responsible for BIM coordination and development
• Responsible for development of Construction Documents
• Some travel

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience collaborating with engineers and architects on the technical aspects of construction drawings.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Revit
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and web conferencing

Lift/Carry – must be able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. of site equipment when necessary.
