Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets.

2. Internal Controls and Compliance:

• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee external audits and coordinate audit activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Stay abreast of accounting standards and regulatory changes, implementing necessary updates to policies and procedures.

3. Cash Management and Treasury:

• Manage cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital efficiency.
• Collaborate with treasury functions to ensure efficient cash management and liquidity.
• Monitor and analyze financial risks, recommending strategies for risk mitigation.

4. Leadership and Team Development:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-functional teamwork.

5. Strategic Financial Planning:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic financial plan.
• Evaluate financial implications of business strategies and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions activities, performing due diligence as needed.

6. Process Improvement:

• Lead the team in implementing a new ERP.
• Consolidate Operations from two separate organizations into one Organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage Financial Systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller in a large multinational company.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
