Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer and Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of insurance accounts, soliciting new accounts and working with all team members to meet goals and objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills to excel in the insurance industry.
Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients with claims inquiries and provide guidance throughout the claims process
- Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, rates, and coverage options
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
Requirements:
- TDI active P&C license
- Proven experience in insurance sales or account management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- Proficient in telemarketing and outside sales techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Knowledge of benefits administration and retail sales is preferred
- Familiarity with sales administration systems and software
