Guardian’s rapid expansion requires an experienced Gutter Installer to support the daily operations of our Gutter department. This position is based in Auburn, WA, and will be responsible for commuting to and from job sites throughout the greater Puget Sound Area. We are seeking a reliable team-oriented technician with a proven track record of stellar work craftsmanship and customer service. The Technician will work closely with the Production Manager to support the efficiency of the production department’s daily operations.

• Consistent compensation and bi-weekly pay- On average, our Gutter Installers gross between $2,500-3,000 per pay period

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Enjoys working outdoors even in harsh elements
• Strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Ability to climb and maneuver extension ladders (up to 32 ft) several times a day
• Possess integrity & a great work ethic
• Remain a dependable employee by being on time to work every day.
• Have the ability to give recommendations and upsell while you are performing work at a customer’s home (Lead only)
• A "safety first" mindset

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 to 5 years of Gutter Installation 5k, 6k Gutter Covers, (preferred for Gutter Technician, required for Gutter Lead)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Must pass background and drug test
• Ability to climb and lift ladders, lift up to 75 pounds, and drive for up to 2-hour increments
• Ability to pass a drug test, physical, and criminal background check (employment is contingent on passing these parameters)
• Valid driver's license required

COMPENSATION:

The compensation package will be highly competitive and will consist of a combination of performance-based incentives and hourly rates.
