Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Duties:
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and addressing employee concerns
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning initiatives related to workforce development and talent acquisition
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Assist in affirmative action planning and reporting
Requirements:
- Experiance in Healthcare/Hospice
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
