**Duties:** - Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. - Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. - Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. - Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property. - Answer alarms and investigate disturbances. **Experience:** - Proven experience as a security officer or relevant position. - Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety. - Familiarity with report writing. - Excellent surveillance and observation skills. - Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems. - Trained in First Aid/CPR. This role requires a candidate with experience in conflict management, law enforcement, loss prevention, CCTV operation, First Aid/CPR certification, surveillance techniques, and familiarity with militaristic protocols.
