Duties:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by implementing security measures
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct security checks and inspections
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees
Experience:
- Prior experience in a security-related role preferred
- Understanding of law enforcement procedures and regulations
- Strong conflict management skills
Skills:
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent observation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

A security guard is meant to provide general protection and watch over the entrance and exit of the premises. The goal is to maintain a safe and well-known office in order to prevent unauthorized access to the property.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous experience as a security guard preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have a cell phone (preferred)Responsibilities**
- Patrol the area regularly to maintain order and detect any suspicious activity
Monitor the entrance and exit of the building at all times. Remove all signs of habitation and maintain a clean property. Secure all doors and windows at the end of the night Check in with clients regularly to ensure no unauthorized persons enter the property Ensure all alarms and security systems are working properly at all times. Report any maintenance issues with equipment to the owner's office immediately. Stay up-to-date with new laws changes and best practices**
