Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and professional Event Staff to join our team. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of event attendees. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a safe environment, managing conflicts, and providing assistance as needed. Duties:
- Monitor event areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of attendees
- Handle conflicts or disturbances that may arise during events in a calm and professional manner
- Provide first aid or emergency assistance when necessary
- Implement loss prevention measures to safeguard event property and assets
- Operate CCTV systems to monitor event areas and identify any suspicious activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement personnel, if required, to maintain order and security
- Conduct surveillance to identify potential security risks or threats

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event security or a related field is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of surveillance systems and CCTV operation is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication skills to interact with event staff, attendees, and law enforcement personnel
