You’ll be able to help contribute to this by: Job Duties:Performing transactions such as accepting deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing money orders and cashier’s checks.Provide efficient and exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection. Complying with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and proceduresCompleting and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assignedConnecting customers to the appropriate department specialists that can help them with specialized financial needs. Preferred- Associate’s degree or higher.Minimum 6 months banking or cash handling experience.Minimum 6 months customer service experience. Preferably Bilingual
