GUADALUPE CREDIT UNION is Hiring a Member service representative Near Mora, NM
We are looking for a Bilingual Member Service Representative to process accurate transactions for credit union members, and look for ways we can financially empower those we serve.
Location : Mora , NM
Full-Time : 40 hours per week
Starting Pay : $21.00
Schedule : Mon - Friday 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM
Preferred Experience : Cash handling and customer service. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required, including the ability to understand and speak fluently.
Provide friendly, professional, personal service; effectively listen and build rapport with members. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
Work involves personal contact with others inside and / or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
Position can grow to include : Opening accounts, and processing loans, depending on experience.
