Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is a full-service commercial general contractor that has been active in the Colorado Front Range construction market since 1977 and just recently converted to a 100% employee-owned company through a new employee stock ownership plan, also referred to as an ESOP. As owners, GTC employees will be able to share in the company's financial and operation successes on a more personal level.

Our construction volume represents a good balance of negotiated (CM/GC) and hard bid projects. Our competitive standing in the hard bid market provides current market costs and trends and guarantees competitive budgets. We perform bid and negotiated projects with the same competitive spirit and all our projects employ a team approach that builds value for the client.
